Eggless Brownies

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
¾ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 teaspoon salt

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. In a large bowl combine well flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

2. Pour in the water, vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.

3. Spread in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 23-30 minutes in preheated oven. The top should no longer be shinny. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Note: These brownies are very gooey. For more solid brownies, bake another 10 minutes. Don't bake too much longer or they get hard like biscotti.
